Kathryn Leatherland

CEO

A registered Social Worker, Kathryn grew up and continues to live in Norfolk county with her family. With a special interest in providing high quality services in rural communities, Kathryn has spent her career working with older adults and their families to access care enabling them to remain in their homes. Kathryn is committed to understanding the needs of people living in rural and smaller communities and offering community based services that exceed their expectations.

Diana Handsaeme

Director of Services

A lifelong Norfolk county resident, Diana is a registered nurse with 26 years experience in geriatrics. As the Director of both MSC Home Support Services, and Stonebridge Community Services, she provides both clinical and program oversight. For Diana, it is a privilege to provide services that support seniors to remain independent and connected to our community.

Chris Riley

Director of Operations

Chris Riley has been with Stonebridge Community Services’ sister corporation the MSC for over 12 years, starting in the Finance department and moving up into his current role as Director of Operations. A committed family man, and lifelong resident of Oxford County, Chris finds his work with our organizations particularly meaningful and enjoys helping both his co-workers and clients alike while providing a high-quality of service and value.

Abby Malott

Support Services Manager

Abby is a Registered Kinesiologist, who loves to be active with her family and friends and is passionate about helping others achieve their best selves through physical activity and exercise. As the Support Services Manager, Abby strives to facilitate a healthy aging process for seniors in our community by providing high quality health & wellness programs as well as kind and compassionate respite and personal care for clients and their families.

Jennifer Siple

Organizational Development Manager
Born and raised in Oxford County, Jennifer has enjoyed working with the Boards of several non-profit organizations over the past 20 years. As the Organizational Development Manager for the MSC and Stonebridge Community Services, Jennifer thrives on her variety of responsibilities and the satisfaction of contributing to her community in a positive and worthwhile way.
