In home personal care includes a wide range of services to ensure you and your loved one are safe and comfortable at home. Service can include showering, bathing and toileting assistance, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, light housekeeping, and more. Personal care services are provided by certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and supervised by Registered Nurses and Kinesiologists.

Cost
Many of our services are covered under private insurance plans, provincial health care programs or on a fee for service basis. Our Care Coordinators will work with you to identify your personal and health care needs and to develop a plan that is best for you. In some cases, subsidies may be available. Monthly billing and third party billing options are available.
Eligibility
Stonebridge Community Services provide services throughout the Tri-counties area (Oxford, Elgin and Norfolk) in Southwestern Ontario. Eligibility and availability of services vary across the area.
