We are pleased to offer the Frozen Meal Program which is delivered to your door on Wednesdays by dedicated and trustworthy volunteers! This also provides a safety check each week. You are also welcome to call ahead and pre-order soup and/or entrée for pick-up by appointment only. Prices for Frozen Meal Program are $6.75 for soup and entrée (including delivery) but you are welcome to order individual items as well weekly, biweekly, or monthly to suit your needs. Stonebridge Community Services is a not for profit organization providing in-home health care and preventative health services designed to help people maintain good health and independence through the aging process. Stonebridge services are available to everyone in the community and are designed to enhance or support a wide range of health services.
